Norwegian Pearl is a cruise ship of Norwegian Cruise Line

Construction began October 3, 2005 by Meyer Werft Shipyard. Norwegian Pearl started to operate in October 15, 2006. Ship spent a few days in Holland where workers with their families could spend some time on board.

On November 30, the Pearl stopped in Southampton in England, for her entry celebration. Her first voyage with paying passengers was on December 2, from Southampton to Miami, Florida. Miami will be her first season base.

As with the rest of NCL's fleet, Norwegian Pearl uses the "Freestyle" cruising concept, that allows its guest to dine in any number of restaurants, at times of their own choosing.
