Its launch is scheduled for July 2008 in Europe. splendor is a new class of ships. Delivered in 2007: Queen Victoria of the Cunard Line Ltd. is scheduled for her first cruise in Nov. 2007. This 90,000 ton ship is going to cover European and Caribbean cruises and can take 2,000 passengers. Emerald Princess (Princess Cruises): launch: March 2007. This 116,000 ton ship has itineraries for Caribbean and can take 3,100 travellers. Norwegian Cruise Line scheduled two vessels to be launched in 2007. Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Gem..both ships of 93,000 tons and with capacity for 2,400 passengers. Costa Serena (Costa Cruise Lines) - scheduled for May 2007. Tonnage = 112,000 tons. Capacity 3,000 travellers. Course to the Mediterranean. Orchestra (MSC Cruises) - spring 2007. 90,000 tons, capacity 2,550. Freedom 2 (Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd) is the huge ship with tonnage of 158,000 for 3,600 passengers. First sail scheduled for April 2007. Its itineraries include Caribbean sea. Carnival Freedom - (Carnival Cruise Lines). Capacity is 2974 passengers. Tonnage is 110,000. Inaugural voyage - February 2007. Sailing to the Caribbean. Delivered in 2006: Pride of Hawaii - June 2006, 2,816 passenger. NCL America Costa Concordia of the Costa Cruise Lines was launched in July 2006. It is 5 star ship with 3 swimming pools and it has 13 bars and lounges. The Costa Concordia also offers a Samsura Spa (20,500 square feet) with a fitness center, salon and thalassotherapy. MSC Musica (MSC Cruises) , July 2006. Crown Princess (Princess Cruises) launched in June 2006 can take 3,120 tourists. Sister ship of Caribbean Princess. Has a big youth center with pool for kids only. Freedom of the Seas (Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd) started June 4th in 2006. This vessel was the most anticipated since the Queen Mary 2. It can carry 4,370 passengers. The Freedom of the Sea has a rock climbing wall, an ice skating ring, interactive weter playground. It also has capabilities for WiFi and cell phones. Noordam was launched in Feb. 2006 by Holland America Line. It is 5 star ship for 1,848 passenger. Some of its specialties: Cultural Arts Center, Internet data ports, Greenhouse Spa with thermal suites. It is a sister ship to Westerdam, Oosterdam and Zuiderdam. Delivered in 2005: American Spirit is a ship of American Cruise Lines launched in May 2005. Carnival Liberty (Carnival Cruise Lines) was launched in July 2005. Delivered in 2004: Carnival Valor - vessel of the Carnival Cruise Lines for 3710 passengers. Took her first voyage in December 2004. Carnival Miracle can take 2124 passengers, ists tonnage is 88,500.
